Grooming Policies

Like any business, we have a few policies to help keep things running smoothly. Responsible pet parents (like most of our existing customers) really aren't impacted by these policies, but everyone needs be aware of them.

So that we can care for as many of our furry friends as possible, our Grooming Team has a very tight schedule. To keep that schedule running smoothly, each of their appointments must drop off and pick up on time. By keeping your appointment, you agree to our ‘No Show/Late Notice’, ‘Late Arrival’, and ‘Drop Off/Pick Up’ Policies. If you do not agree to these policies, please cancel your grooming appointment.

 

-“No Show/Late Notice” Definition: Failure to reschedule or provide notice of cancellation by 5:00pm the DAY BEFORE your appointment.

 

-No Show Policy: There is a $25 fee for every No Show/Late Notice incident. The appointment after a No Show/Late Notice incident must be booked and prepaid in person; prepaid appointments cannot be adjusted, cancelled, refunded, nor transferred.

 

-Late Arrival Policy: Being late by 8 minutes (or more) requires us to reschedule your appointment; being late by 15 minutes is considered a No Show.

 

-Drop Off/Pick Up Policy: One of the best parts of the Express Service at Treat Your Pet is that we don’t have kennels. For this reason, we kindly request that you don’t drop off more than 5 minutes early, and that you pick up within 20 minutes of our “they’re almost done” call.
